Overview of Unattended Weighing System

This system adopts an automatic weighing method using license plate recognition or IC card identification, with minimal human intervention in the weighing process, thereby reducing cargo loss for owners to the greatest extent, balancing the interests of buyers and sellers during weighing, and improving the service level of weighing operators.

Intelligent Weighing System Workflow

1. The driver obtains an authorized IC card at the card issuance station (the IC card can be used long-term);

2. The driver drives the vehicle to the entrance induction loop to initiate card reading;

3. The indicator light changes from green to red;

4. After successful card reading and correct information entry, the front barrier gate lifts;

5. The driver moves the vehicle onto the weighbridge;

6. The vehicle must come to a complete stop between the two pairs of light beams;

7. Once the vehicle is stationary, the weight is automatically saved;

8. Simultaneously, images captured by the surveillance cameras, such as the front and rear of the vehicle, are recorded;

9. The large screen displays the vehicle's weight;

10. The rear barrier gate opens, and the driver drives the vehicle off the weighbridge;

11. Once the vehicle has completely exited, the barrier gate automatically lowers;

12. The traffic light changes from red to green;

13. The system waits for the next vehicle to approach the weighbridge.
