Agilent 85056D Calibration Kit

Overview
The Agilent 85056D is a 2.4 mm interface, 50 Ω precision mechanical calibration kit. It is used for SOLT calibration of vector network analyzers to ensure accurate S-parameter measurements at frequencies up to 50 GHz.

Features of 2.4 mm Connectors:

Higher Frequency: The 2.4 mm connector is designed to cover the frequency range from DC to 50 GHz.

Incompatibility with 3.5 mm and SMA: Under no circumstances should 2.4 mm connectors be interconnected with 3.5 mm or SMA connectors, as this will cause permanent damage to the inner conductor of the 2.4 mm female port. This is the most critical precaution when using 2.4 mm calibration components.

More Precise Mechanical Structure: To operate at higher frequencies, its dimensions are smaller and require higher machining precision.
