The YCCG-4 type dual-position active sensor output line consists of four wires, six wires, or ten wires for special requirements. It can directly determine the direction of train travel, even with frequent back-and-forth movement.
Main Performance Parameters:
1: Operating method: Non-contact inductive.
2: Applicable rail types for the sensor: Type 43 rail, Type 50 rail, Type 60 rail, Type 70 rail.
3: Applicable wheel pair types for the sensor: Wheel diameter 840mm-1750mm;
Flange height: 25-34mm.
4: Applicable gauge for the sensor: Not required.
5: Has a set of fixed pulse width digital output, accurately reflecting wheels passing at speeds of 0~80km/h (analog signal output can reach 0~300km/h), achieving axle counting.
6: Accurately determines the direction of wheel movement.
7: Power supply voltage (VCC): 12-24VDC ±30% (or adjusted according to customer needs).
8: Operating current: 70mA.
9: Signal output (or reverse output adjusted according to customer needs):
10: Output definition low level: Standby state.
High level pulse (25ms): Wheel passing.
Number of output channels: 2 digital channels (includes an additional 2 digital and 2 analog channels, according to customer requirements).
Channel A: Wheel passes the sensor from left to right.
Channel B: Wheel passes the sensor from right to left.
Output voltage: VCC-10%.
Output pulse width: 25±2ms.
Output current: ≤50mA (adjustable according to customer needs).
11: Environment.
Ambient temperature: -35 ~ +90℃.
Relative humidity: 100%.
Vibration: Frequency 10~1000Hz, acceleration amplitude 100m/s2;
Altitude: 5000m (50-106Kpa).
Protection level: IP68 and above.
