Pipeline Product Cooling Air Conditioner is an ultra-low temperature industrial air cooler developed by our company through continuous research and manufacturing based on existing refrigeration technology. Many industrial processes or storage of items require ultra-low temperature environments. For example, pharmaceutical process degreasing rooms, edible fungus cultivation, storage and cultivation of agricultural seeds, certain processes in photographic paper and tea factories, storage of photosensitive materials, audio tapes, historical documents, medical and health products, etc., all require special low-temperature air conditioning systems. These environments differ from both conventional comfort or process air conditioning and general cold storage. Therefore, in the design of low-temperature environments with temperature and humidity control requirements, some special issues need to be considered. The fresh air can reach as low as -30 degrees Celsius, and the circulating air can drop to -50 degrees Celsius. The cold air blown from the outlet returns to the unit through the circulation system, forming a closed return air system. This installation method is called circulating air, and the outlet temperature can be as low as -50 degrees Celsius.

II. Applications of Pipeline Product Cooling Air Conditioner

It is commonly used in pipeline cooling, crushing industries, workpiece cooling, low-temperature cooling of soap, spraying industries, powder coatings, aircraft and high-speed rail parts manufacturing, casting, chemical, home appliance, and food industries. It can also be used for workshop cooling, offering rapid cooling, ventilation, air exchange, odor removal, dust prevention, and heat protection features. It provides significant advantages such as improving worker efficiency, reducing investment, quick installation, and easy maintenance. During normal operation, when the air cooler reduces the temperature to the required level, the unit automatically shuts down and restarts only when the temperature rises above the required level.

III. Working Principle

According to the principle of the refrigeration system, low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant exchanges heat with the surrounding water in the evaporator. The evaporator absorbs the heat from the water, causing the refrigerant to evaporate into a low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous state. During evaporation, the refrigerant temperature remains unchanged. The low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant enters the compressor, where it is compressed into a high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous state. It then enters the condenser, where it exchanges heat with the indoor medium. Part of the heat from the high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant is absorbed by the medium, raising its temperature. The refrigerant releases heat and condenses into a high-temperature, high-pressure liquid in the condenser, with the temperature remaining unchanged during condensation. It then enters the expansion valve for throttling, a process that rapidly cools the refrigerant, turning it into a low-temperature, low-pressure liquid. After this process, the refrigerant re-enters the evaporator for heat exchange and evaporation, completing the entire refrigeration cycle. This cycle continues continuously, enabling the water to achieve continuous cooling. The cold air is then delivered to the desired cooling destination through the fan air cooler.

IV. System Types of Pipeline Product Cooling Air Conditioner: The system mainly has two forms: all-air systems and fan coil systems. All-air systems can use low-temperature treated air with refrigeration units or surface coolers with low-temperature chilled water or glycol water solution as the cooling medium. It is crucial to avoid using natural convection cooling coils (mounted on ceilings or walls) as terminal devices, as condensation or melted frost on the surface of such coils may drip onto the floor, contaminating the air-conditioned space.

If the cooling medium temperature of the low-temperature air conditioning system is below 0°C, the finned tubes in the surface cooler or fan coil should not use conventional fin spacing (typically 2–2.5 mm). Such narrow spacing can lead to frost formation, not only reducing cooling capacity but also blocking air passages. In such cases, wide-fin-spacing finned tubes should be used. For low moisture loads, a fin spacing of 6–8 mm is suitable; for high moisture loads, the fin spacing should be greater than or equal to 12 mm.

VI. Features of Pipeline Product Cooling Air Conditioner

1. The fan uses branded centrifugal fans, scientifically selected with computer-aided selection software, ensuring high efficiency, low noise, reliable performance, high air volume, and strong pressure. The fan bearings use lithium-based grease, allowing long-term operation without the need for additional lubrication.

2. The compressor uses internationally renowned brands, ensuring stable operation, high cooling capacity, and long lifespan.

3. The air-cooled condenser is used, with the heat exchanger featuring copper tubes and aluminum fins. The copper tubes are arranged in an equilateral staggered pattern, and the aluminum fins are double-curved corrugated. The tube holes are double-flared, and mechanical expansion ensures tight contact between the copper tubes and fins, providing excellent heat transfer, low air resistance, and easy cleaning. Combined with the condenser fan, it offers high air volume, low noise, and effective performance.

4. The structure uses a combined sheet metal design, facilitating maintenance and internal cleaning. Based on the condenser fan's airflow direction, heat dissipation holes are scientifically punched into the sheet metal, serving both heat dissipation and aesthetic purposes.
