Have a fixed workplace with an environment that meets testing and inspection requirements; 4. Possess the necessary testing and inspection equipment and facilities for conducting testing and inspection activities; 5. Have and effectively operate a management system that ensures the independence, impartiality, scientific rigor, and integrity of their testing and inspection activities; 6. Meet special requirements stipulated by relevant laws, regulations, standards, or technical specifications.
