Application Documents

1. Proof documents related to the legal status of the applicant (Business License or Organization Establishment Approval Document);

2. Copies of valid licenses and qualification certificates (e.g., "Work Safety License" for the construction industry, "Hazardous Chemical Production and Operation License" for the chemical industry, "Production License" as required by regulations, "3C Certificate," "Sanitation License," etc.) (This item applies only to industries where qualifications and licenses are required by laws and regulations);

3. Valid management system documents (Quality Manual, Procedure Documents, etc.);

4. Flowchart of the production process for products or services;

5. List of applicable laws, regulations, standards, and norms for the organization (including a list of quality standards);

6. When an organization operates under multiple names and these names need to be stated in the certification scope, in addition to providing the materials required by the above clauses for each name, proof must also be provided to confirm that the multiple names indeed belong to the same organization;

7. If the organization’s certification involves multiple sites (two or more), provide a list of multiple sites; organizations in construction, engineering, etc., should provide a "List of Ongoing and Completed Projects."
