Certification process for Ten-Ring Certification

I. Initial Certification

1. The enterprise shall submit the completed "Environmental Label Product Certification Application Form" along with the relevant materials required for certification to our China United Environmental Certification Center (Beijing). Upon receiving the application materials, our center will conduct a preliminary review of the documents. If the requirements are met, an "Acceptance Notice" will be issued (this means that if the materials are incomplete, the enterprise will not qualify for acceptance, let alone proceed to sign a contract or pay fees. This point should be given sufficient attention by the enterprise applying for certification and the staff of the Ten-Ring Certification consulting and guidance agency to avoid affecting the progress). The enterprise applying for certification shall sign a contract with our center based on the "Acceptance Notice". 2. After our certification center receives the full certification fee from the enterprise, it will notify the enterprise of the formation of an on-site inspection team and formally submit the composition of the inspection team and the inspection plan to the enterprise for confirmation one week before the on-site inspection. 3. The on-site inspection is conducted in accordance with the Environmental Label Product Guarantee Measures Guide and the corresponding Environmental Label Product Certification Technical Requirements. For products that require testing, the inspection team is responsible for sampling and sealing the products applying for certification, which are then sent to designated testing agencies for inspection. 4. The inspection team prepares a comprehensive evaluation report on the environmental label product based on the enterprise's application materials, on-site inspection results, and the product environmental behavior test report, and submits it to the Technical Committee for review. 5. After receiving the review opinions from the Technical Committee, the certification center consolidates the review opinions and submits them to the General Manager of the certification center for approval. 6. The certification center issues the environmental label certification certificate to the certified enterprise and organizes announcements and promotions. 7. If the certified enterprise requires labels, it can place an order with the certification center; if there are special printing requirements, an application should be submitted to the certification center for filing. 8. Annual supervision audits are conducted once a year.

II. Annual Supervision Inspection

1. The certification center formulates an annual inspection plan based on the issuance time of the enterprise's certification certificate and issues an annual inspection notice to the enterprise in advance. The enterprise pays the annual supervision and management fee as required by the contract, and the certification center forms an inspection team to conduct on-site inspections at the enterprise. 2. During the on-site inspection, for products that require testing, the inspection team is responsible for sampling and sealing the products applying for certification, which are then sent to designated testing agencies for inspection. 3. The inspection team prepares a comprehensive evaluation report based on the enterprise's materials, inspection report, and product test report, and submits it to the General Manager of the certification center for approval. 4. Annual supervision inspections are conducted once a year.

III. Re-evaluation Certification

Enterprises whose certification is due to expire after 3 years should re-fill the "Environmental Label Product Certification Application Form" and submit it along with the relevant materials to the certification center. The rest of the certification process is the same as the initial certification.
