PP Storage Tank

The PP storage tanks, horizontal metering tanks, buffer tanks, overhead tanks, and dropping tanks produced by our factory are mainly used for the storage and metering of materials in the production processes of industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and petroleum. They offer advantages such as lightweight construction and convenient installation and maintenance.

PP (PPH) metering tanks are non-toxic, odorless, high-crystalline polymer plastic storage tanks capable of storing various acidic and alkaline materials, with excellent corrosion resistance. They can store most organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, salts, and some organic solvents, making them a commonly used material in the field of corrosion prevention. Compared to many other materials, they exhibit superior chemical resistance and long-term usability.

PP/PPH metering tanks are commonly used for metering, vacuum buffering, dropping, and overhead storage in production processes.

Our products are manufactured by heating and extruding PP/PPH granules, followed by seamless winding and one-time molding, ensuring the tank body is entirely weld-free. The tank heads are injection-molded using the same grade of granular material in a single process.

Operating pressure: -0.1 MPa, operating temperature for PP: -10°C to 80°C
