Chemiluminescence reagent - Isoluminol

Isoluminol, chemical name 4-aminophthaloyl hydrazine, is a yellow crystal or beige powder at room temperature, and is a relatively stable artificially synthesized organic compound. When mixed with appropriate oxidants, iruminol emits a striking blue light with a higher luminescence efficiency than luminol. It is a white to light yellow crystal, soluble in water and most organic polar solvents, and is a luminescent substrate of HRP peroxidase. The luminescence principle of iruminol is oxidation reaction luminescence: when iruminol is mixed with an appropriate oxidant, it will emit bright blue fluorescence. In clinical diagnosis, the antigen antibody is directly labeled with ibuprofen, and a chemiluminescence reaction is triggered through immune response for detection. The concentration of disease markers is determined by the changes in luminescence intensity and peak value, thereby reflecting the physical condition and providing reference for further treatment plans. When storing iruminol, attention should be paid to avoiding light and sealing it in a dry and cool place. It is not sensitive to temperature changes, so a normal temperature environment is sufficient. In addition, the packaging of Yilumino is usually made of brown glass bottles to avoid being affected by heat, moisture, or light, which may affect its effectiveness.
