Hebei Fank New Material Co., Ltd. was established in July 2013 through a joint investment by Hebei Tonghua Chemical Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Guangyu Chemical Co., Ltd. It is a high-tech enterprise integrating the research, production, and sales of fine chemicals. The company is located at No. 92 Huagong Middle Road, Shijiazhuang Circular Chemical Industrial Park, covering an area of 80 acres with a registered capital of 10 million RMB and a total investment of 300 million RMB. The first phase of the project involved an investment of 100 million RMB, constructing three synthesis workshops, one R&D building, one office building, two Class A warehouses, one Class C warehouse, and supporting auxiliary facilities such as a sewage treatment station.
