Phytic acid is commonly found in rice bran, corn germ, and plant seeds. The company utilizes purification technologies such as ion adsorption and membrane filtration, equipped with production facilities and ultra-clean workshops, to produce high-quality biological phytic acid and sodium phytate products. Due to its unique physiological, pharmacological, and chemical properties, phytic acid is widely used as a preservative, antioxidant, color fixative, heavy metal remover, and stabilizer in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Sodium phytate is an important natural green additive, known for its strong chelating effect with metal ions, as well as its antioxidant and color-fixing properties, making it widely applicable in pharmaceuticals, food, chemicals, paints and coatings, printing, metallurgy, and other industries.

The main construction content of the company's new material phytic acid series products includes the construction of one quality inspection building (including an underground fire pump room and water pool), one production auxiliary building, one Class C workshop, one Class B workshop, two raw material warehouses, and supporting facilities (including a Class D tank area, new empty barrel shed, wastewater treatment area, outdoor equipment area, loading and unloading yard, central control room, guardhouse, etc.). The company plans to purchase over a hundred sets of main equipment, including automated synthesis reaction equipment, extraction equipment, membrane ultrafiltration systems, multi-effect evaporation units, automatic filling lines, crystallizers, and vacuum systems.

Post-production benefits: After the project is completed and reaches full production capacity, the annual output will be 4,000 tons. During the project's operation period, it is expected to achieve an output value of 116 million yuan, with an estimated annual tax revenue of 7 million yuan at full production.
