Established in 1953, Henan Province Kailun Chemical Co., Ltd. (formerly Henan Province Huaxian Chemical Plant) stands as one of the longest-standing rubber additive manufacturers in China. With over fifty years of operational history and cultural heritage, it has consistently been at the forefront of reform in China's rubber additive industry. The company is a designated rubber additive production plant of the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, a member unit of the China Rubber Industry Association, and one of the drafting units for national standards on rubber additives. It currently holds assets of 250 million yuan and produces 50,000 tons annually of "Torch" brand rubber antioxidants, vulcanization accelerators, insoluble sulfur for rubber, processing aids, adhesives, and more. It is one of the earliest and most diverse producers of rubber additives in China, serving as the leading rubber additive enterprise in Henan Province and a demonstration company for energy conservation, emission reduction, and technological innovation.

Kailun Chemical has always been committed to the research, development, and production of new, efficient, and environmentally friendly rubber additives, as well as supporting additives for all-steel radial tires. Its R&D center is equipped with advanced domestic facilities and top-tier scientific researchers.
