Antioxidant SP

Chemical name:Styrenated phenol Properties:moderate Antioxidant Uses: Suitable for natural rubber and butadiene rubber, SBR and other synthetic rubber. Easy to spread, no color change, no pollution. Emulsified in water easily ; thus it is suitable for a variety of light color or brilliant transparent latex and rubber products . This product can be used as the non-polluting stabilizer of SBR and nitrile rubber, or antioxidant of polyolefins, poly formaldehyde . powder is calcium carbonate, carbon black or white as a carrier. SP-P is mainly used in the manufacturing of high-grade shoe materials, products, adhesive tape , latex foam, light-color products, brillant colored products and transparent products, may be used as the non-polluting stabilizer of SBR, NBR generally the amount of 0.5-2 portions the amount of 2 phr, without blooming. SP-P 's deosage is 1.0-3.0 portions Packing: SP-L: Galvanized metal pail or small packing . metal pail packing 200KG/drum; paper box packing16KG and 15KG/box(0.4KG/bag and 0.3KG/bag). SP-C, SP-P: PE film bag lined PP woven bag or laminated kraft bag, Net wt 25kg. Storage: Kept in cool, dry and ventilating place, avoid direct sunlight.
