Main Applications

Chemical Industry

Rubber Additives: Used as vulcanization accelerators for synthetic rubber (such as morpholine derivatives NS, NOBS), which can improve vulcanization efficiency and product performance.

Solvents and Catalysts: Used as a polar solvent in organic synthesis reactions (e.g., polyurethane synthesis), and also as an alkaline catalyst to promote condensation, alkylation, and other reactions.

Corrosion Inhibitors: Adding morpholine to boiler water treatment and metalworking fluids can neutralize acidic substances and inhibit metal corrosion (by forming a protective film).

Agricultural Field

Synthetic pesticide intermediates (such as fungicides, herbicides); for example, morpholine fungicides (such as dimethomorph) are particularly effective against downy mildew and blight.

Used as a raw material for plant growth regulators to regulate crop growth cycles.

Pharmaceutical Field

Used in the synthesis of antimalarial drugs, local anesthetics, etc.; the morpholine ring structure can improve the water solubility and biological activity of drugs.

Other Applications

Preparation of corrosion inhibitors, dye intermediates, textile auxiliaries, etc.;
