Film-forming Agent: In water-based coatings (such as latex paints and wood coatings), it can lower the Minimum Film-forming Temperature (MFT) of emulsion particles, promote particle fusion, reduce defects like film cracking and pinholes, while improving the gloss and water resistance of the film;
