Jining Yimin Chemical Plant, established in 1989, is a designated manufacturer of aluminum phosphide under the former Ministry of Chemical Industry, one of the first enterprises registered for aluminum phosphide pesticide by the Ministry of Agriculture, a collaborative factory of the Chengdu Grain Science Research Institute of the National Grain Reserve Bureau, and one of the drafting units for the "GB5452-2001 New Standard." Through arduous entrepreneurship, it has developed into a modern enterprise with first-class factory buildings, advanced production equipment, and comprehensive infrastructure. It possesses strong technical capabilities, complete testing methods, and a reliable quality assurance system. Jining Yimin Chemical Plant has collaborated with the Chengdu Grain Science Research Institute of the National Grain Reserve Bureau on research into pesticide resistance in stored grain pests and with the Wuhan Kenengda Research Institute on grain storage and preservation, achieving breakthrough progress. It has made significant contributions to grain storage departments both nationally and globally in overcoming storage challenges.

Jining Yimin Chemical Plant produces over 1,800 tons of aluminum phosphide and over 1,100 tons of zinc phosphide annually, with some products entering the international market. In addition to producing standard specifications of aluminum phosphide, it can also manufacture various packaging, formulations, and concentrations of "Liang Le" brand aluminum phosphide and zinc phosphide according to customer needs.
