Multi purpose vulcanizing agent, the product is heat-resistant and aging resistant, with excellent resistance to sulfurization reduction, does not produce nitrosamines, and can improve the co vulcanization characteristics of rubber and increase the viscosity of the rubber compound. As a vulcanizing agent, it is suitable for tire sidewall, airtight layer, triangular rubber, bead wrap rubber and other parts, especially for thick and heat-resistant products. NBR, EPDM, EPDM, IIR and other rubber types can be used.

DTDC is a vulcanizing agent for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. DTDC is a sulfur donor that does not produce ammonium nitrite during the sulfurization process and can be used as a substitute for DTDM. Under normal vulcanization conditions, active sulfur can be released, forming single sulfur and disulfide bonds between rubber molecules with added sulfur. This rubber vulcanization network structure can endow vulcanized rubber with good heat resistance, compression resistance, and high tensile stress. DTDC is easy to disperse, does not spray frost, has good scorch properties, and has a fast vulcanization rate. DTDC can completely or partially replace sulfur to form effective or semi effective vulcanization systems, which are applied in EPDM rubber. Suitable for tires, heat-resistant rubber products, sanitary rubber products, colored rubber, wires and cables, and other products.
