Founded in 1999, LEO is a specialized manufacturer and innovator of dairy and livestock equipment, producing refrigerated tanks, fresh milk transport vehicles, vertical milk storage units, rapid milk cooling systems, milking machines, and milk collection stations.

Over the past 30 years, the company has adhered to its corporate mission and service philosophy of integrating "research and development, design and manufacturing, business operations and sales, as well as engineering installation." It has successively become a member unit of the China Dairy Industry Association and the China Dairy Association, a council member unit of the Henan Dairy Association, a designated enterprise for agricultural dairy machinery subsidies, and an enterprise in China's livestock equipment manufacturing industry.

LEO has adopted fully automated welding processes-including automatic travel resistance welding and laser welding evaporators-as well as automated foaming systems within the domestic industry, providing robust technical support for high-quality product manufacturing. The company occupies a total area of 66,600 square meters, with production workshops covering 25,000 square meters and office buildings spanning 3,000 square meters. It employs over 150 staff members, among whom professional technicians possess more than 20 years of experience in livestock equipment production.

LEO adheres to the service philosophy of "integrity, pragmatism, innovation, and development," continuously providing products and services to numerous enterprises such as Yili, Mengniu, Bright Dairy, Sanyuan, Wandashan, New Hope, Feihe, Shengyuan, Huishan, Tianyou, Heilongjiang State Farms, Weiwei Group, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, Western Animal Husbandry, and Xinjiang Tianshanqing Dairy. In recent years, it has particularly become a project partner for the Ministry of Equipment Development and the Ministry of Commerce (with attached performance records). Its products are also exported to regions across South Asia, West Asia, Africa, and South America, including Malta, Sudan, the Dominican Republic, Nepal, Vietnam, India, Mongolia, Russia, Cuba, Ukraine, Kenya, and Algeria.
