2.The properties and uses

This kind of product is x-p form active aluminum oxide dryer.Its appearance is white spheric particle with strong adsorptive capacity of moisture,its drying depth(dew point)can be below-70℃under certain operating and regenerating conditons.i s a high eficiency dryer for drying micro amount water.This product is widely used as dryer in gas phase,liquid phase and auto-instrument wind drying of petrochemical,textile and oxygen-making industries,PSAin air-seperation ete.Due to high heat-adsorption quantity of single molecular adsorbing layer,so,it s very suitable for the use of heat-fre regeneration device.

This product is appraised by the Ministry of Chemical Industry.The main technical indexes can reach the level of PSG-A product made by France.

This produc s apointed as the first batch substitute imported product by China Petrochemical General Corporation and has awarded the file of“superior Product”and“Good Horse”prize of Zhejiang province.

4.PRECAUTIONS:

(1)Don't unpack the product before use,in order to avoid moisture adsorption and efficiency decrease of use;

(2)The product is suitable for deep drying with the pressure over 5 kg/cm²;

(3)The adsorptive ability will decrease gradually

with the product used after a certain time,in order to use it repeatedly the product should be regenerated to remove the adsorptive moisture.The gases used for the regeneration should be:

①The dried gas with lower or same operating

pressure of drying operation;

②The dried gas with higher or same temperature of drying operation;

③Wet gas after rising temperature;

④Wet gas after reducing pressure.
