Self-hardening no-bake furan resin

　　No-bake furan resin is specially designed for casting production. It features low nitrogen content and fast curing speed. Catalysts and hardeners must be used together with furan resin to form hard sand molds before casting.

　　Suitable for the molding and core making of cast steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals. Custom development of suitable types is also available according to customer requirements.

　　-Recommended Ratio:

　　Sand (or reclaimed sand)/Hardener: Resin = 100:0.3~0.6*(Resin weight)/0.7~1.5,

　　-Mixing Process:

　　Add the hardener to the sand and mix for 10~30 seconds in a high-speed sand mixer, or 30~60 seconds in a low-speed sand mixer. Then add the resin to the mixer and mix for 30~60 seconds; the mixture should be uniform when mixing stops.

　　-After mixing is complete, the mixture should be used immediately for mold forming and core making to prevent the mixture from becoming viscous and losing fluidity, which would render it useless.

　　Store in a light-proof, airtight, dry, and cool place.
