Product Description:

l Fabric Technology: High-barrier multi-layer co-extruded composite film, flexible and sturdy, with protective performance capable of guarding against numerous hazardous chemicals including biochemical agents; color is high-visibility orange;

l Weight is only 230g/m², and the total weight of the garment is only 3kg, making it a lightweight Type A chemical protective suit on the market, transforming the traditional bulky Type A suit into a product suitable for emergency rescue operations;

l Seam Technology: Ultrasonic welding and heat sealing technology improve seam strength and safety performance. The seam sealing strip uses the protective suit fabric—high-performance multi-layer co-extruded composite film—solving the traditional technical difficulty where seams are the weak link, ensuring the entire garment possesses protective performance;

l Visor Technology: Semi-rigid 3-layer co-extruded polyester resin (PET) material that will not delaminate; large viewport design offers a wide, undistorted field of view and downward vision;

l 1.3-meter airtight zipper with large tooth design increases zipper bite force and airtight performance;

l Equipped with 2 exhaust valves featuring anti-misoperation protective covers;

l Built-in air breathing apparatus with large backpack space, compatible with dual-cylinder 6.8L air breathing apparatus;

l Integrated double-layer gloves: inner layer is Ansell Barrier gloves, outer layer is Mapa Neotex gloves;

l Integrated socks, double-layer trouser legs with thickened knee design: ergonomically designed to fit the feet for comfortable wearing;

l Tested and inspected according to multiple European standards such as EN943, EN464, EN13274-4, etc., and tested for chemical penetration resistance according to EN ISO6529:2001, obtaining CE certification for the product.

l Product Packaging: Passed EN464 testing before leaving the factory and accompanied by a test result record card; independently packaged in a waterproof carrying bag with a waterproof zipper, then placed in a rigid dark blue plastic box.
