The Intelligent Ammonia NH3 Gas Sensor is based on high-precision gas-sensitive elements, converting the weak output signal of the sensor into standard signals that are easier for customers to apply, such as 0~5V, 4~20mA, TTL, RS485, etc. The intelligent gas sensor has been calibrated and tested before leaving the factory; customers can directly collect and use the signal. Sensor Installation:
The Intelligent Ammonia NH3 Gas Sensor is designed to be installed on the sensor socket using a plug-in method. To ensure reliable connection, dedicated sockets should be selected. The sockets should be arranged according to the pin correspondence and installed vertically with firm soldering. According to special user requirements, the pin plug-in method may not be used, and an external lead wire method may be adopted instead; the wire length generally does not exceed 150mm. In non-explosion-proof areas, hot-swapping is allowed with power on. In work sites with explosion-proof requirements, the power supply to the equipment connected to the sensor must be turned off before installation.
