The firefighting fire proximity suit adopts new materials, new processes, and new technologies, and incorporates ergonomic structural design to develop a special protective garment suitable for firefighters to wear during rescue and relief operations at fire accident sites. It complies with the Q/321200CAA006 standard.
II. Scope of Use
The firefighting fire proximity suit is a special protective garment suitable for firefighters to wear when passing through fire zones or briefly entering flame zones at fire accident sites to perform dangerous tasks such as rescuing people, salvaging important materials, and closing flammable gas valves. The suit features advantages such as heat insulation, fire resistance, water resistance, flame retardancy, and strong breathability, making it a garment with the highest level of protection for firefighters during firefighting and rescue operations.
III. Style and Composition
The fire proximity suit is of a split style, composed of five parts: gloves, coat, overalls, boots, and hood.
IV. Main Technical Performance
1. Weight
The weight of each fire proximity suit shall not exceed 15KG.
2. Structure:
The fire proximity suit is composed of multiple layers of fabric, including a fire-resistant outer layer, a heat-resistant and waterproof layer, a thermal insulation layer, and a comfort layer.
3. Overall Performance of the Firefighting Fire Proximity Suit:
1) Hood:
Characterized by strong impact absorption, strong penetration resistance, excellent heat and burn resistance, and high heat resistance. The light transmittance of the face shield is greater than 60%.

V. Size Specifications:
The firefighting fire proximity suit models are divided into: No. 1 (Large), No. 2 (Medium), No. 3 (Small).
VI. Usage Method:
1. Put on the coat and trousers.
2. Put on the firefighting boots and tuck the top of the boots inside the trousers.
3. Secure the air cylinder and put on the breathing apparatus.
4. Put on the gloves and tuck the cuffs inside the gloves.
5. Put on the hood.
6. Check the entire body's wearing condition again; only after confirming it is correct can you enter the fire scene for operations.
VII. Precautions:
1. The firefighting fire proximity suit is protective clothing for firefighters to wear when passing through fire zones or briefly entering flame zones for short periods to perform dangerous tasks such as rescuing people. If firefighters are engaged in firefighting operations for a long time, water jets or water cannons must be used to protect the firefighters. 2. Before using the clothing, it must be carefully inspected for any damage. If there is any damage, it is strictly prohibited to use this fire proximity suit. 3. The fire proximity suit must not be used in locations with chemical or radioactive hazards.
4. If there is soot or smoke stains on the surface of the clothing after use, it can be wiped clean with cotton yarn. Other dirt can be scrubbed with a soft brush dipped in neutral detergent and rinsed clean with clear water. Soaking in water or hammering is strictly prohibited. After rinsing, hang it in a ventilated place to air dry naturally.
5. The fire proximity suit should be stored in a well-ventilated, dry warehouse at -10°C~40°C with relative humidity not exceeding 75%. The product should be kept 0.2 meters or more away from walls and the ground to prevent rat bites, insect infestation, and mildew. Prevent contact with substances that may damage the quality of the fire proximity suit.
