The DN-K1000 combustible and toxic gas alarm controller, an industrial gas alarm controller, is a new generation of high-tech electronic product jointly developed by our company's R&D personnel and multiple research institutions based on market demands. This product is suitable for locations where combustible gases are used and toxic gases exist, such as gas, petroleum, chemical, fire protection, metallurgy, hotels, and mines. The product effectively avoids personal casualties and property losses caused by fires and poisoning due to combustible gas leaks. The product consists of a controller, detectors, signal cables, etc., and is wall-mounted. The controller is strictly designed and manufactured according to GB16808-97 "Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Combustible Gas Alarm Controllers," and has passed the inspection by the National Fire Electronic Product Inspection Center; the detector is strictly designed and manufactured according to GB15322-2008 "Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Combustible Gas Detectors," and the detection components inside the detector use imported specialized gas sensors, featuring high sensitivity, strong stability, long life, and low power consumption. This unit also has the function of controlling peripheral equipment (such as exhaust fans and safety valves). When an alarm occurs, it can output a signal voltage to start the exhaust device and close the safety solenoid valve. After the leakage fault is eliminated, the mute button can be pressed to stop the alarm sound. After pressing the reset button, the safety solenoid valve opens, and the system re-enters the monitoring state. Users can select different product models based on different gases to be detected. It is divided into two specifications based on the number of channels: one to four channels, and four to eight channels. The monitoring environment for each detector is 8-15 square meters. Users can select different specifications based on the monitored environment area; if the user's needs exceed the capacity, multiple units can be used in tandem. The product has a built-in battery, which can automatically switch to backup power in case of a power grid failure, with a backup power usage time of more than 2 hours. It can also detect gases: natural gas, liquefied gas, coal gas, acetylene, carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulfide, acetone, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, methane, propane, methanol, ethanol, xylene, petroleum volatile gas, gasoline volatile gas, formaldehyde, hydrogen, toluene, and other compounds (gasoline, industrial solvents, paint, thinners, coolants, dry cleaning fluids, methyl acetate, etc.).
