2. Connection Method

Explosion-proof computer monitor connection method: The wiring of the explosion-proof computer monitor is simple. (When there is no system for a single display), connect HDMI or VGA to the corresponding position through the reserved through-hole, and pass the power cord through the power interface to connect to the reserved terminal inside the computer monitor to complete the connection.

3. Working Principle

When designing the structure of the explosion-proof computer monitor all-in-one machine, various special situations are fully considered. When sparks are generated inside the equipment, it will not cause the ** environment filled with flammable mixtures outside the equipment; and ensure that the explosion-proof performance of the equipment, the strength of the shell, the joint surface clearance of each component, and the maximum surface temperature of the limited shell are achieved to achieve the flameproof effect.

The explosion-proof computer monitor all-in-one machine is composed of a power circuit, a display drive board, a button panel and a CPU main board. When the equipment is working, the power adapter inside the flameproof enclosure provides 12VDC working power to the display drive board and the CPU main board, and the external power input is directly 100~220VAC.

The CPU main board is connected to the network cable and provides corresponding pictures to the display through VGA (HDMI), which is directly presented in front of users.

It adopts Ansheng customized high-integrated military-grade mini mainboard, which integrates high-performance processors. It highly integrates interfaces such as RS232, RS485, SATA3, LPT, LVDS, USB2.0, USB3.0, M2 and so on. It supports access via GB28181 protocol and Ehome protocol.
