Working conditions

Structure and features: This explosion-proof display is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB3836.1-2000 , GB3836.2-2000 , GB3836.3-2000 , and has passed the inspection of the national designated inspection authority and obtained the explosion-proof certification.

A. The shell is die-cast from cast aluminum alloy or welded from carbon steel, and the surface is plastic-sprayed. The main chamber adopts a flameproof enclosure structure. A touch screen, computer monitor or TV monitor can be optionally installed inside. The display adopts a modular design, various circuits can be freely combined, and the selection of electrical components can be determined by the user. Its structure is compact and the appearance is beautiful. Steel pipe or cable wiring can be used for incoming and outgoing lines, and the direction of the incoming and outgoing ports can be determined according to user requirements.

B. Non-standard explosion-proof display cabinet: The shell is formed by welding steel plates, and the surface is plastic-sprayed. It is divided into a main chamber and a wiring chamber, both of which adopt a flameproof enclosure structure. A high LED display or LCD display can be optionally installed inside. Steel pipe or cable wiring can be used for incoming and outgoing lines, and the direction of the incoming and outgoing ports and internal components can be determined according to user requirements.

C. The explosion-proof shell can also be made of stainless steel according to customer requirements (the shell is in the original color of stainless steel).

The assembly method and appearance can be determined according to user requirements, and the design is carried out according to the circuit diagram provided by the user.
