Explosion-proof touch screen, dust-proof display with stable operation and guaranteed quality

Scope of application: Suitable for **hazardous gas environments in Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous locations, suitable for **hazardous gas environments of IIA, IIB and IIC levels, suitable for flammable dust environments in Zone 20, Zone 21 and Zone 22, suitable for environments with temperature group T1~T6, suitable for **hazardous environments such as petrochemical industry, wine making, medicine, paint, textile, printing and dyeing, etc.

Working conditions

a. Altitude not exceeding 2000m;

b. Ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃, and the average value within 24 hours does not exceed +35℃;

c. Ambient air relative humidity does not exceed 95% (+25℃);

d. In an environment without gases or vapors that damage insulation;

e. Pollution level: Grade 3;

f. Installation category: Class I, II and III;

g. Places without obvious shaking and severe impact vibration

Structure and features: This explosion-proof display is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB3836.1-2000 Electrical Equipment for Hazardous Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements, GB3836.2-2000 Electrical Equipment for Hazardous Gas Environments Part 2: Flameproof Enclosure "d", GB3836.3-2000 Electrical Equipment for Hazardous Gas Environments Part 3: Increased Safety "e", and has passed the inspection and qualification of the national designated inspection authority and obtained the explosion-proof certification.

A. The shell is die-cast from cast aluminum alloy or welded from carbon steel, and the surface is plastic-sprayed. The main chamber adopts a flameproof enclosure structure. A touch screen, computer monitor or TV monitor can be optionally installed inside. The display adopts a modular design, various circuits can be freely combined, and the selection of electrical components can be determined by the user. It has compact structure and beautiful appearance. Steel pipe or cable wiring can be used for incoming and outgoing lines, and the direction of the incoming and outgoing ports can be determined according to user requirements.

B. Non-standard explosion-proof display cabinet: The shell is welded from steel plate and the surface is plastic-sprayed. It is divided into main chamber and wiring chamber, both of which adopt flameproof enclosure structure. High LED display or LCD display can be optionally installed inside. Steel pipe or cable wiring can be used for incoming and outgoing lines, and the direction of the incoming and outgoing ports and internal components can be determined according to user requirements.

C. The explosion-proof shell can also be made of stainless steel material according to customer requirements (the shell is in the natural color of stainless steel).
