Boro uses zinc-aluminum-magnesium cable trays for photovoltaic projects.

Material composition: Mainly zinc, with about 5-11% aluminum, about 2-3% magnesium and trace elements such as silicon added to form a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy coating. The substrate is generally steel (such as Q355, etc.).

- Strong corrosion resistance: The coating can form a dense protective film, with excellent salt spray, damp heat, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, the service life can reach 2-5 times that of ordinary galvanization, and the cut and edge parts have self-repair ability.

- Good rust prevention performance: It is not easy to oxidize and rust, the surface color is stable, and it can maintain a good state even after long-term exposure to a humid environment.

- Crack resistance and impact resistance: The alloy has good ductility and adhesion, is not prone to cracks or delamination during processing, has both strength and toughness, and can withstand the stress test during transportation and installation.

- Lightweight: The use of thin-walled high-strength steel plus zinc-aluminum-magnesium coating reduces the weight and lowers the load of photovoltaic brackets.

- Adapt to photovoltaic needs: Open or ladder designs are available to facilitate heat dissipation of cables, and low-reflection treatment on the surface avoids affecting the efficiency of photovoltaic panels.

- Structural design: Overall bending forming reduces welding points to avoid damage to the coating, and drain holes are designed to prevent accumulated water from causing corrosion.

- Application scenarios: Mainly used in photovoltaic power stations to support DC and AC side cables; also suitable for harsh environments such as coastal areas, high humidity, industrial pollution and other areas, as well as building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) systems, etc.

- Installation and maintenance: Choose a weld-free assembly design (such as bolt connection), which is easy to install; maintenance: due to its good corrosion resistance, maintenance frequency is low.

- Service life: Up to more than 30 years.

- Cost performance: The initial cost is slightly higher than that of ordinary cable trays, but the comprehensive maintenance cost is low.
