Seismic support for water air ducts

• Cable tray seismic support
• Performance characteristics: Made of high-strength steel such as Q235B, Q355B or aluminum alloy, matched with articulated seismic joints, it can withstand seismic loads with horizontal acceleration ≥0.6g, absorb seismic energy and reduce cable tray displacement. The load-bearing capacity of a single support is 50-500kg. It uses a triangular stable structure and has strong anti-overturning ability. It can be adapted to various specifications of cable trays such as trough type, and is suitable for multiple building scenarios and wall structures. The surface is treated with hot-dip galvanization and other processes, and the service life in outdoor environments can reach more than 20 years.
• Structural design: It has seismic supports in longitudinal, transverse and vertical directions. The accessories are standardized, can be quickly assembled on site without welding, and are easy to adjust in the later stage. The material is non-combustible, and the base can be shared with other electromechanical seismic supports.
• Application scenarios and specifications: It is suitable for areas with seismic fortification intensity ≥6 degrees, especially buildings such as hospitals and schools. The spacing of horizontal cable tray seismic supports shall be ≤18m (seismic fortification intensity 6-7 degrees) or ≤12m (seismic fortification intensity 8-9 degrees), the spacing of vertical cable trays shall be ≤4m, and at least one support shall be installed on each floor.
• Air duct seismic support
• Performance characteristics: By limiting the displacement of the air duct and controlling vibration, it reduces the risk of air duct falling off and breaking during earthquakes, and ensures the normal operation of ventilation and air conditioning systems after earthquakes.
• Design standards and specifications: In accordance with the Code for Seismic Design of Building Electromechanical Engineering (GB 50981), air ducts with a diameter ≥80mm in areas with seismic fortification intensity ≥6 degrees need to be installed with seismic supports. The support spacing and seismic load shall be calculated based on parameters such as the seismic fortification category of the building, the material of the air duct and the pipe diameter.
• Main components: It consists of anchors, seismic connection components, load-bearing hangers and seismic joint accessories. Expansion bolts are commonly used for anchors, C-shaped channel steel is mostly used for seismic connection components, the load-bearing hanger is composed of吊杆 and cross arm, and the joint accessories ensure that all components are firmly connected.
• Material requirements: Most components are made of Q235B carbon steel, and the surface is galvanized (galvanized layer thickness ≥65μm) or sprayed with anti-corrosion coating.
• Application scenarios: It is widely used in ventilation, air conditioning and smoke prevention and exhaust systems of public buildings such as hospitals, shopping malls and subways, as well as high-rise residential buildings.
• Water pipe seismic support
• Performance characteristics: It can effectively limit the displacement of water pipes during earthquakes, control the vibration of facilities, change the dynamic characteristics of the pipeline system, significantly reduce the response under seismic action, and reduce the risk of water pipe breaking and falling off.
• Structural composition: It is usually composed of anchors, reinforced吊杆, seismic connection components and seismic diagonal braces, which firmly connect the water pipes to the building structure to form a complete force-bearing system.
• Materials and anti-corrosion: Mainly made of carbon steel (such as Q235B/Q345), the surface is treated with hot-dip galvanization or epoxy coating. Galvanized steel materials have high hardness, no deformation and good durability.
• Installation characteristics: It is a combined component, assembled and constructed without welding and drilling, and the installation speed is fast. There are many types of standard components, which have good versatility and combinability, and can share supports and hangers with other majors.

Application scope: It is suitable for building water supply and drainage, fire protection and other water pipe systems in various construction projects such as residences, commercial plazas and industrial plants.
