1. Product Overview

Zn-Al-Mg trough-type cable tray belongs to enclosed metal wire slots, which is composed of U-shaped trough body + matching cover plate. The cover plate is directly buckled on the trough body to form a closed cavity, which is used for centralized laying of power cables, control cables and weak current communication cables. Zn-Al-Mg is a new generation of alloy coating material, which contains zinc, aluminum and magnesium elements. Compared with traditional hot-dip galvanizing and electrogalvanizing, its anti-corrosion performance is greatly improved, and it is a popular choice for current factory buildings, outdoor projects and chemical environments.

1. Trough body (main body of the tray) It is integrally formed by U-shaped bending, with reinforced crimping on both sides to enhance structural strength and prevent deformation; splicing notches are reserved at the end, which is convenient for butting accessories such as straight-through, elbow and tee with connecting pieces and bolts. The inside of the trough body is smooth and will not scratch the outer sheath of the cable.
2. Matching cover plate It is made of Zn-Al-Mg flat plate of the same material and bent, with folded edges on the edges, which is buckled on the trough mouth and fits tightly. Its functions: dustproof, preventing sundries from falling, protecting cables, preventing personnel from accidentally touching live lines and playing a role in safety protection; it is easy to disassemble and assemble, and can be directly lifted during maintenance.

It is not recommended for strong corrosion working conditions (such as environments where strong acids and alkalis are continuously soaked). Stainless steel trays are recommended for such scenarios.

2. Plate thickness: The thickness of the trough body and cover plate can be customized as needed. The conventional thickness is 0.8mm~2.0mm, and the greater the thickness, the stronger the load-bearing capacity.

• Compared with ordinary hot-dip galvanizing: Zn-Al-Mg coating is thinner, has a beautiful surface, self-repairs at the cut, and has better cost under the same anti-corrosion grade;
• Compared with plastic-sprayed trays: Zn-Al-Mg coating is not easy to peel off and break, and is better than plastic-sprayed trays in outdoor sun exposure environments.
