I. Structural Features
Adopts a U-shaped fully enclosed trough structure, with cross-sectional width and height dimensions consistent with the straight-section trough cable tray, and can be matched with special supporting cover plates to maintain the fully enclosed protection of the entire cable tray. Formed by bending steel plates, the inner side of the bend is made with a smooth arc transition to meet the minimum bending radius requirements of cables, with no sharp burrs to avoid scratching the insulating sheath of cables; the side plates are reserved with standard long circular connection holes, which are quickly spliced with the straight-section cable tray using bolts.
Base material: Cold-rolled steel plate; galvanized base plate or stainless steel plate (304/316L) can also be selected. Surface anti-corrosion: Electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, electrostatic spraying, zinc-aluminum-magnesium, which can be unified with the anti-corrosion process of the main cable tray of the project.
II. Core Functions
Used to complete a 90° right-angle turn of the trough cable tray line on the same horizontal plane, with the cable routing elevation remaining unchanged. When the cable tray needs to change direction along the horizontal direction, this accessory is used to realize smooth turning of the cable and connect two sections of straight-section cable trays.
