C-shaped steel cable slide rail

C-shaped steel cable slide rail is a device used for power supply of mobile equipment, mainly composed of C-shaped slide rail, suspension bracket, connector (coupling joint), cable carrying trolley (head trolley, tail trolley, intermediate trolley) and other components. It has simple structure, easy installation, stable operation, safety and reliability, and is suitable for various environments, such as indoor, outdoor, dusty, multi-dust, large temperature difference and certain explosion-proof requirements.
Structural composition
C-shaped slide rail: As the carrier of the cable pushing trolley, it has straight sections and curved sections. The unit length of the straight section is generally 4 meters or 6 meters, and it can be extended by connecting with couplers.
Suspension bracket: Used to fix and support the slide rail.
Connector (coupling joint): Used to connect two guide rails to achieve unlimited extension.
Cable carrying trolley: Including head trolley, tail trolley and intermediate trolley. The head trolley is the traction vehicle, which drives the movement of the rear trolleys through other moving bodies. The intermediate trolley is used to clamp and protect the cable from being easily damaged.
