Product structure and process

Fluorescent mesh fabric is mainly made of polyester filament (such as FDY75D/36F and DTY75D/72F high-strength mesh), woven with warp knitted mesh structure. It has various mesh shapes (rhombus, square, round hole, etc.). The fabric width is usually about 158cm, and the gram weight is about 120g/m². It is treated with special dyeing process to endow the fabric with lasting fluorescent effect.

Fluorescent performance and certification

The fluorescent effect is achieved through fluorescent dyes or pigments. The principle is to absorb ultraviolet rays and convert them into visible light, making the fabric present bright fluorescent colors (such as fluorescent yellow, orange, green, etc.), which significantly improves the visibility of the wearer in low-light environments such as daytime, dawn and dusk. The product's fluorescent performance conforms to the EN471/EN20471 European safety standards.
