Product Structure and Process

Fluorescent mesh fabric is mainly made of polyester filament yarns (such as FDY75D/36F and DTY75D/72F high-tenacity mesh yarns), woven with warp knitted mesh structure. It has various mesh shapes (rhombus, square, round hole, etc.). The fabric width is usually about 158cm, and the gram weight is about 120g/m². It is treated with a special dyeing process to endow the fabric with long-lasting fluorescent effect.
