Ankete servo drive is an optimized vector control drive system independently developed and tuned by our factory. The total power ranges from 200W to 2.6KW, which can perfectly match all Ankete series AC servo motors. The equipment adopts optimized subdivision constant current control technology, with mature and stable operation algorithms, which effectively improves mechanical resonance and operation jitter, making the whole set of equipment run more smoothly and with lower noise.
The drive supports free switching among three control modes: position, speed and torque, and can be adapted to various automation processes such as point positioning, uniform speed operation, constant pressure lamination and tension control. It is matched with the motor's high-precision encoder for real-time closed-loop feedback, dynamically corrects operation deviations, and ensures accurate positioning and good repeatability during operation, eliminating position running and offset phenomena.
It supports one-key automatic gain tuning, which can automatically adapt parameters according to different mechanical rigidities, effectively suppress low-frequency vibration and high-speed resonance, and greatly reduces on-site commissioning difficulty. The drive is equipped with multiple filtering and smooth acceleration and deceleration algorithms, with fast response for high-frequency start-stop and smooth commutation, can withstand impact loads for a short time, and has stable temperature rise and stable performance during long-term continuous operation.
