Anco 86 series stepper motors conform to the standard NEMA34 specification, with a flange size of 86×86mm, a two-phase step angle of 1.8°, and are the mainstream power selection for medium and heavy-load automation equipment. They come in multiple body lengths, with a holding torque range of 3.5N·m to 12N·m, complete models, and sufficient spot supply for standard specifications.
The motor adopts optimized magnetic circuit design, high-permeability silicon steel sheets and high-performance permanent magnets, providing abundant low-speed torque and strong load-bearing capacity. When paired with Anco's matching stepper driver and the subdivision function enabled, low-frequency vibration is significantly reduced, and operating noise is lower. With standard open-loop control and positioning via pulse commands, the control system is simple to set up and easy to debug.
The product supports various options and customizations: different output shaft specifications and lead-out methods are optional; an electromagnetic brake can be installed, suitable for vertical lifting mechanisms; it supports matching with planetary gearboxes to further amplify torque; meanwhile, the 86 integrated lead screw stepper motor is launched to realize linear drive and save equipment assembly space. There is also an 86 closed-loop stepper motor optional, equipped with an encoder, which effectively avoids step loss under heavy-load conditions and greatly improves positioning reliability. The motor maintains stable temperature rise during long-term continuous operation, and the whole machine has strong durability.
It is compatible with Anco high-power stepper drivers, has excellent anti-interference performance, and is compatible with various PLCs and motion controllers. It is widely used in CNC engraving equipment, gantry transfer mechanisms, large conveying equipment, automated pressing tools, packaging machinery, stone processing equipment, heavy-duty test fixtures and other medium and heavy-load scenarios.
