The CCX series busbar trunking adopts a reasonable "sandwich" type compact laminated phase conductor structure design, which makes the busbar trunking more compact in appearance, improves the thermal stability of the busbar system, and gives the busbar the advantages of low impedance and reduced voltage. However, it has the disadvantages that it must be installed by professionals and is limited by the installation site. No water is allowed to enter the housing or the body after installation, and a water stop bolt must be designed at the well opening.
The PE grounding conductor is extremely important for the safety of the busbar system for high-current power transmission. Users can choose an economical housing grounding configuration, or a busbar system with a separate PE conductor. The cross-section of the PE grounding system in all configuration schemes shall not be less than 50% of the cross-section of the phase conductor.
The CCX type dense insulated busbar is fully enclosed, with a protection rating of up to IP54. The all-metal housing can be used as a short-circuit grounding path to protect the user's safe operation and use; the standard unit busbar length is ≤6 meters;
It is generally configured for vertical vertical installation, and can also be installed horizontally on request; each unit is equipped with a set of joint components;
