ZW32 integrated metering box circuit breaker is an outdoor high-voltage intelligent vacuum circuit breaker integrated with electric energy metering function, suitable for three-phase AC power distribution systems with a rated voltage of 12kV and a frequency of 50Hz. Its main function is to break and close load current, overload current and short-circuit current in power systems. It is widely used in distribution systems of urban power grids, rural power grids, substations and industrial and mining enterprises, and is especially suitable for places with frequent operations and oil-free transformation.
The core feature of this equipment lies in its integrated design, which integrates the circuit breaker body and the inverted metering box into a compact unit. The product usually adopts a three-phase separated column structure, and single-phase faults will not cause three-phase short circuits, which improves the system reliability. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber is cast in an insulating sleeve or sealed with silicone rubber, which effectively prevents short-circuit faults caused by condensation, and has excellent hydrophobicity and contamination resistance, adapting to harsh outdoor environments such as high temperature and humidity. The overall weight of the circuit breaker is light (usually less than 100 kg), it is easy to install, and supports single-pole or double-pole base installation methods.
The main technical parameters include: the rated current is generally 630A, the rated short-circuit breaking current can reach 20kA, and the mechanical life can reach 10,000 times. Its operating mechanism can adopt a spring operating mechanism or a permanent magnet mechanism, which has the characteristics of small size, low energy consumption and high reliability. The equipment supports manual, electric, infrared and remote operations, and can be matched with a controller to realize power distribution automation or form a recloser with a reclosing controller. Isolating switches can also be installed according to user needs.
The operating environment conditions usually require that the altitude does not exceed 2000 meters, the ambient temperature ranges from -45℃ to +65℃, the wind speed is not more than 35m/s, and the installation site should be free of flammable, explosive, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.
