Working Principle:

The single-stage high-shear emulsification pump adopts a horizontal structure. A set of rotors and stators is installed in the narrow working chamber, which can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-layer structure. The rotors and stators are coupled in pairs with high matching. Driven by the motor, the intermediate shaft rotates at high speed, and the rotors and stators form a vacuum. The material is sucked into the rotor-stator chamber from the inlet. The strong kinetic energy makes the rotor generate a high linear speed, causing the material to be ejected after undergoing intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing between the rotor and stator gaps. Under the action of forces in multiple directions, strong turbulence is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. Multiple cyclic operations can be performed.
