Working Principle:
The high-speed rotation of the powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizing emulsifier creates a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and materials enter from the upper part and bottom of the rotor and stator. The powerful kinetic energy drives the rotor to generate extremely high linear speed, causing materials to be ejected after undergoing intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shearing in the gap between the rotor and stator. Under the action of multiple forces in different directions, strong turbulence is generated. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, materials repeatedly undergo depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing for a certain period of time to form a stable emulsion.

Designed specifically for pilot tests, simulated production and small-batch factory production, it is applicable for the dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of product materials in industries such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, coatings, inks, textile auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants and pesticides.
