Product Introduction:
The stainless steel split-type resin pigment ink grinder uses a motor to drive the rotating teeth (also known as the rotor) and the matching fixed teeth (also known as the stator) to rotate at high speed relative to each other via belt transmission. The processed material generates downward spiral impact force through its own weight or external pressure (which can be generated by a pump). When passing through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth of the colloid mill (the gap is adjustable), the material is subjected to strong physical effects such as shear force, friction, and high-frequency vibration, effectively emulsifying, dispersing, and pulverizing the material to achieve the effect of ultrafine pulverization and emulsification of the material.
The grinding chamber is equipped with three grinding zones: the first stage is the coarse grinding zone, the second stage is the fine grinding zone, and the third stage is the ultrafine grinding zone. By adjusting the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth, the required ultrafine grinding effect can be effectively achieved (cyclic processing is also possible).
Working Principle:
1. The basic working principle of the colloid mill is shear, grinding, and high-speed stirring. Grinding relies on the phase and friction force of the tooth-shaped inclined surface of the grinding disc, and at the same time, under the action of complex forces such as high-frequency vibration and high-speed vortex, the material is ground, emulsified, pulverized, and homogenized;
2. The motor is designed according to the requirements of the colloid mill, and a water baffle is installed on the flange cover of the motor to prevent leakage;
3. Parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel. The movable and stationary grinding discs are key components of this machine. Depending on the properties of the material being processed, the tooth shape of the grinding disc varies, but all materials are made of stainless steel tools;
4. Compact and simple structure, small size, light weight, and easy to operate. It consists of three parts: the grinding head, the base transmission component, and the motor.
