Working Principle:
The high-speed rotation of the powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizing emulsifier creates a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and materials enter from the upper and lower parts of the rotor and stator. The powerful kinetic energy drives the rotor to generate high linear speed, so that materials are subjected to strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shear between the rotor and stator gaps, and then are ejected out. Under the action of forces in multiple different directions, strong turbulence is generated. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, materials undergo repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing for a certain period of time to form a stable emulsion.

Designed specifically for pilot tests, simulated production and small-batch factory production, it is suitable for dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in industries such as biology, medicine, food, coatings, inks, textile auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricating oils and pesticides.
