Working Principle:
The high-speed rotation of the powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizer creates a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and materials enter from the upper part and bottom of the rotor and stator. The powerful kinetic energy generates high linear speed on the rotor, causing materials to be ejected after intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shearing between the rotor and stator gaps. Under the action of forces in multiple different directions, strong turbulence is generated. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, materials undergo repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing for a certain period of time to form a stable emulsion.
Application Scope:
Designed specifically for pilot tests, simulated production and small-batch production in factories, it is applicable for dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in industries such as biology, medicine, food, coatings, inks, textile auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricating oils, pesticides and others.
