Product Introduction:
Food-grade Asphalt Small Laboratory Colloid Mill GrinderColloid Mill is driven by an electric motor via a belt to make the rotating teeth (or rotor) and the matching fixed teeth (or stator) rotate at high speed relative to each other. The processed material generates downward spiral impact force through its own weight or external pressure (which can be generated by a pump). When passing through the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth of the colloid mill (the gap is adjustable), the material is subjected to strong physical effects such as shear force, friction force, and high-frequency vibration, which effectively emulsifies, disperses, and pulverizes the material, achieving the effect of ultra-fine pulverization and emulsification of the material.
The pulverizing chamber is equipped with three grinding zones: the first is the coarse grinding zone, the second is the fine grinding zone, and the third is the ultra-fine grinding zone. By adjusting the gap between the fixed and rotating teeth, the required ultra-fine grinding effect can be effectively achieved (cyclic processing is also possible).
Working Principle:
1. The basic working principle of the colloid mill is shear, grinding, and high-speed stirring. Grinding relies on the phase and friction force of the inclined surfaces of the grinding disc teeth. At the same time, under the action of complex forces such as high-frequency vibration and high-speed vortex, the material is ground, emulsified, pulverized, and homogenized;
2. The motor is designed according to the requirements of the colloid mill, and a water baffle is installed on the flange cover of the motor to prevent leakage;
3. Parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel. The dynamic and static grinding discs are key components of this machine. Depending on the properties of the material being processed, the tooth shape of the grinding disc varies, but all materials are made of stainless steel tools;
4. It has a compact and simple structure, small volume, light weight, and convenient operation. It is composed of three parts: grinding head components, base transmission components, and electric motor.
