Working Principle:
The high-speed rotation of the powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizing emulsifier creates a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and the material enters from the upper and lower parts of the rotor and stator. The powerful kinetic energy drives the rotor to generate high linear speed, causing the material to undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shear between the rotor and stator gaps before being ejected out. Under the action of various directional forces, strong turbulence is generated. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, the material undergoes repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing for a certain period of time to form a stable emulsion.
Application Scope:
Designed specifically for pilot tests, simulated production and small-batch production in factories, it is applicable for the dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in industries such as biology, medicine, food, coatings, inks, textile auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricating oils and pesticides.
