Product Introduction:
High-speed Food-grade Bottom Tank Emulsification Head is a high-performance dispersion emulsifier designed for bottom-entry into containers. It is used for mixing, emulsifying, and dispersing free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Utilizing the rotor-stator principle, the ECA is suitable for applications that cannot be completed by traditional stirring methods.
Product Features:
It is a high-shear dispersion emulsifier installed at the bottom of tanks, suitable for special environments or hygiene requirements, allowing materials to be discharged or circulated after processing. Traditional bottom tank installations cannot discharge materials independently after processing. The ECA can provide two different circulation modes: internal and external.
The ECA machine can avoid strong vortexes and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or is being stirred or dispersed
during emptying.
The ECA machine has a simple and sturdy design. It features a three-phase motor, a rotor drive shaft, and a flange, equipped with a rotor combined with a compact unit via a cover. The standard version of the ECA is suitable for handling
temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses a low-maintenance mechanical seal.
