Product Introduction:

The pipeline high shear emulsification pump is a device that efficiently, rapidly and uniformly introduces one or more phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid). Under normal conditions, each phase is immiscible. When external energy is input, the two materials recombine into a homogeneous phase. Due to the high tangential speed generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor of the three-stage pipeline shear pump and the strong kinetic energy brought by high-frequency mechanical effects, the material is subjected to comprehensive effects such as strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap between the fixed and rotors, forming a suspension (solid/liquid), emulsion (liquid/liquid) and foam (gas/liquid). The horizontal pipeline three-stage shear pump enables the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase to be uniformly and finely dispersed and emulsified instantly under the combined action of corresponding mature processes and appropriate additives. Through the reciprocating cycle of the high-frequency shear pump, stable high-quality products are finally obtained.

Product Features:
1. The working chamber is equipped with three sets of rotors and stators, which can be selected as two-layer, four-layer or six-layer.

2. The motor and the bearing box are elastically connected, and the bearing can be lubricated with grease or oil.
3. Modular design, convenient disassembly and assembly, low part replacement cost.
4. Various sealing forms can be selected according to process conditions.
5. Applicable temperature: -20℃ to 160℃; customization is required for temperatures beyond this range.
6. The working chamber can be equipped with a jacket to cool or heat the materials.

If the material cannot be fed and transported normally due to high viscosity or high solid content, a pressure or transfer pump must be used for feeding, and the pressure and flow rate of the transfer pump must match the selected model;
