Working Principle:
The high-speed rotation of the powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizing emulsifier creates a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and materials enter from the upper part and bottom of the rotor-stator. The powerful kinetic energy drives the rotor to generate high linear speed, causing materials to collide, break, undergo centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing between the rotor and stator gaps, then spray out. Under the action of forces in multiple different directions, strong turbulence is generated. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, materials repeatedly undergo depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shearing for a certain period of time to form a stable emulsion.
Application Scope:
Designed specifically for pilot tests, simulated production, and small-batch factory production, it is applicable for the dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization of materials in industries such as biology, pharmaceuticals, food, coatings, inks, textile auxiliaries, cosmetics, lubricants, and pesticides.
