Product Introduction:

The ECA series recirculating bottom-mounted homogenizing emulsifier is a high-performance dispersing emulsifier designed for entry from the bottom into the container. It is used for mixing, emulsifying and dispersing free-flowing or viscous liquid media in batch operations. Using the rotor-stator principle, the ECA is most suitable for applications that cannot be completed by traditional stirring methods.

Product Features:

Suitable for special environments or hygiene-grade requirements, it is installed at the bottom of the tank, allowing the material to be discharged or recirculated after processing. Traditional bottom-mounted tank installations cannot discharge the material separately after processing. The ECA can provide two different circulation modes: internal and external.

The ECA machine can avoid strong vortex and aeration, even when the tank has a very low filling level or the container is emptied during stirring or dispersing.

The ECA machine has a simple and stable design. It is equipped with a three-phase motor, a rotor drive shaft, and a flange, with a rotor combined with a compact unit using a cover. The standard version of the ECA is suitable for processing at temperatures up to 120 °C. The shaft seal uses low-maintenance mechanical seals.

1. The upper limit batch volume in the table is measured with water as the medium;

Product Applications:

It is mainly suitable for equipment with small containers, where the upper part cannot be installed, or where multiple emulsifier pumps are required, or for applications with small initial feeding. It can also meet special working conditions such as vacuum and pressure requirements.
