Product Introduction:
Three-stage sanitary emulsifying pump is a device that efficiently, rapidly and uniformly disperses one or more phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid). Under normal circumstances, each phase is immiscible. When external energy is input, the two materials are recombined into a homogeneous phase. The horizontal inline three-stage shear pump enables the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase to be uniformly and finely dispersed and emulsified instantly under the combined action of corresponding mature processes and appropriate additives. Through the repeated circulation of the high-frequency shear pump, a stable high-quality product is finally obtained.

Working Principle:
The single-stage high-shear emulsifying pump adopts a horizontal structure. A set of rotors and stators is installed in the narrow working chamber, which can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-stage mechanism. The rotors and stators are coupled in pairs and highly matched. Driven by the motor, the intermediate shaft operates at high speed, and the rotors and stators form a vacuum. The material is sucked into the rotor and stator chamber from the inlet. The strong kinetic energy makes the rotor generate an extremely high linear speed, causing the material to undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shear between the rotor and stator gaps before being ejected. Under the action of multiple forces in different directions, a strong turbulent flow is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. Multiple cycle operations can be performed.
